2004 Inaugural Season Week 6- August 8 August 8
New Brunswick Championship Maureen
Black opened the scoring for the Seagals with single off a missed
field goal. She later ran for a 20 yard TD and added the convert to put
Simonds up 9-0 at halftime.
Week 5- July 24 July 24 Capital Area Lady Gladiators 22 Simonds Seagals 8 Jessica
Marin opened the scoring on a 20 yard scamper in the first quarter. She
converted her own score. In the third quarter Ashley Meyers ran for 20
yards to the Seagal one yard line on a QB sweep. From there she would
score on a quarterback keeper up the middle. Marin added the convert.
Week 4- July 18 July 18 Capital Area Lady Gladiators 6 Simonds Seagals 0 Jessica Marin scored the game's only touchdown on a 20 yard scamper in the second quarter.
Week 3- July 11 July 11 Simonds Seagals 16 Capital Area Lady Gladiators 6 Maureen
Black scored on a short run in the first quarter to give the Seagals the
lead. Black kicked the convert. Bettle threw a touchdown pass to Mara
Mallory and Black kicked the convert to put Simonds ahead 16-0 at
halftime.
Week 2- June 26 June 26 Simonds Seagals 15 Capital Area Lady Gladiators 6 Maureen
Black scored on a short run in the first quarter to give the Seagals the
lead. Jaclyn Bettle rushed for the convert. Bettle threw a touchdown
pass to Hilary Moore and Black kicked the convert to put Simonds ahead
15-0 at halftime.
Week 1- June 20 June 20 Capital Area Lady Gladiators 20 Simonds Seagals 7 The
Gladiators opened the scoring on a long run by Jessica Marin. The
Seagals would equalize when Maureen Black scored on a short run in the
second quarter.
