and 14-17 Max 80 registrants; David to organize coaches for the camp.
Terry to send out call for volunteer coaches for the camp. Community
coaching course – still need a list of names of potential students in
order to have a course this fall; Forms can be filled out at Jamborees and
pre-season camps
-Steve recommended serving food to help bring in bodies - Joey recommended that the course beheld after the season starts or sometime after August; could be an issue with finding a time when people are not either coaching or playing a game; Potential date September 20.
Can
potentially do part of the novice coaching course as on-line and then
minimize the amount 6.

asked about new equipment – Shawn has a list of requirements with cost
that he needs to revise; current estimate around $22,000. Terry
asked for mattresses to cover brick building at Chapman Field.
They should be in plastic. Other option would be to use 7-8
tackling dummies roped to the building. Alternates will be investigated. Next
