This season all players (spring/fall) will need to provide a postdated cheque   (June 30/07/spring and Oct 31/07/fall) for $50.00 to cover missing equipment.  It was also motioned and passed that all equipment be returned after the spring league.  There will be a “box” on the registration form for parents to initial saying that they have read the refund policy.

Registration fees will remain the same this year, however, the balance must be paid in full no later than Sept 15/07.   A cheque for at least 50% must be paid at registration with the balance paid by Sept 15th.  Late registration ends Sept 15th an all outstanding balances must be paid in order to play.  A discount of $15.00 will continue to apply to early registration.

New this year will be a Family/Multiple household player discount.  The first child will pay full price with a discount of $15.00 to each additional child registered.

3. Fundraising Report

Marian read the letter received from the Bottle Depot indicating that some restriction would  be placed on the Association in lite of last years events.  Kent will investigate further and attempt to mend the situation.  Michelle Madore will assist as she was involved in past year’s successful events.  It was suggested by Gene Heather that Fredericton follow Oromocto’s practice of an off-site sorting location.

Terry recommended that  one or two Squirt teams do a Tag day at the market.  This event has had good success in the past.
