Meeting called to order 8:00

1. Presidents report

Provincial Hosting

CAMFA will be hosting the Provincial Semi-finals for Bantam and Pee Wees. The hosting policy will be followed.

Games at 1:00 pee wee and 3:30 bantam.

We have the score clock and changing rooms. Steve said we have a motor home to use for officials.

Canteen is being run by the Black Kats parents group. Abs is to find out if the BC Eagles is interested in doing the canteen as well. We need a roster from the Black Kats and Huskies still. Dave Blanchard is working on getting us a trainer/medic for the day. If that falls through Abs will contact Mark Lamb. Sound system coming from Tony’s Music Box. Seeing if they will donate the system for the day. Announcer for the game is needed. Jeff Murdock to be approached regarding the announcer. No gate admission. See if Michelle Harrison will get the girls to do the 50/50. Need to do O Canada. Abs to bring the flag. Steve to get O Canada music.

Sports Investment Dinner

It was discussed how to go about selling the 25 tickets to the SID. We have 11 out of 25 sold so far. Terry will ask Dave Blanchard, Michelle about the ladies team, and Paul Lemon, Steve trying to get two. Abs to ask Jeff Murdock maybe for two, and Michelle Madore for five. Everyone needs to get back to Jodi by the end of the week.
