Area Minor Football Association
(1) Design team and association clothing in coordination with association President.
(2) Reorder clothing as required.
(3) Maintain and track clothing inventory.
(4) Distribute picture and clothing order forms to team managers.
(5) Distribute clothing sizing samples to team managers. Deliver clothing orders to team managers. Each coach and manager is entitled to a free T-shirt. Collect money from clothing and picture sales. Transfer money to association Treasurer for deposit in bank. Transfer picture order forms to photography coordinator.
(6) Report on your area of responsibility at Annual General Meeting or at Executive Meetings as required.
(7) Find and train your replacement.
