                             ABOUT THE PROGRAM

       Players are usually assigned to teams by high school attended. Students attending   any Capital Area school are eligible to play. All players receive trophies at their team's season ending pizza party. As well a 24 member Capital Area All-Star team is selected with team members receiving All-Star T-shirts. The association supplies all equipment except footwear. See our Registration page for more information. The teams are operated by Capital Area Minor Football. They are not operated by the high schools. Bantam football is not a New Brunswick Interscholastic Athletic Association sport. The Capital Area winner competes for the Football New Brunswick Bantam championship.
