(1) Distribute information on the Capital Area Bursary to graduating eligible Capital Area high school students using coaches, guidance departments, etc. .

(2) Form a committee to review applications, select the winner(s) and decide on amount(s) of award(s).

(3) Contact the winner(s) to notify them. 

(2) Report on your area of responsibility at Annual General Meeting or at Executive Meetings as required.

(3) Find and train your replacement.
