(1) Take or arrange team and individual player's pictures.

(2) Take or arrange  action pictures for website and for potential sale to players.

(3) Supply webmaster with pictures of all teams.

(4) Report on your area of responsibility at Annual General Meeting or at Executive Meetings as required.

(5) Find and train your replacement.
