Capital Area Gladiators Football Club

About the Team

The Gladiators were an original team when the New Brunswick Senior Football League was formed in 2001. They drew players from Fredericton and Oromocto. Fredericton is the capital city of the Canadian Province of New Brunswick.

Jamie Edwards (Bishops) played for us from 2001-2014: 6 time MFL All-Star, member of All Decade Team.
2007,08,09 Academic All-Canadian Bobby McIntyre (DB, Acadia) played for us 2006-9 and 2012-16.
Isaac Grobe played for us from 2001-2016 and is the only player to play in all 16 seasons of the team's existence.
Allison Brooks (QB, Mount Allison) played for us in 2001-2 and 2006. He was league MVP in 2001 and 2002.
2008-11 B.C. Lions player and 2011 GREY CUP CHAMPION Dan McCullough played for us in 2001 and 2014-16.
